- greeting
- introduction of group
- problem face by customer & solution
- introduction of product - product name, benefits, additional features
- demonstration
- Price, marketing strategy - special promotion, target market.
- Question and answer session
- closing - summary, expectation, thanking
** all group members must show interest on the presentation beware of your body language
** accept critique by panels
** proper attire
** practice makes perfect - do practice in group beforehand
** always response to questions promptly
** appreciation to panel; acknowledgement, manners and smile - appreciate suggestion
